Ideation

While sketching, I focused on reusability and minimizing waste by exploring how paper ropes could enhance product variety and strength. This fusion of design aims to cater to millennials' fast fashion behavior with sustainable options.

Macrame worskshop

We had a great one-week macrame workshop with Erroll, learning innovative skills and techniques, including making seamless bags where it's impossible to tell the start or end—an amazing experience.

Opportunity mapping

Residents can decorate their compact living spaces with nature-themed art, photographs, and decor to create a calming and visually stimulating environment that reminds them of the beauty of the natural world.

Macrame + weaving with yarn 

Millennials and their fast fashion behaviour

Macrame technique with paper yarn to make any product.

Fusion with design: adding paper rope to their common products to add variation and strength.

Reusability: It allows them to turn their waste into thread ropes.

Product variety with minimal waste: There is wastage in paper but there is a scope for less paper rope waste.
